Cancellations or changes to travel bookings may incur supplier fees, which in some cases can be up to 100 percent of the total booking cost. Fees may also apply when tickets or travel documents need to be reissued. Refunds for cancelled bookings can only be processed once the funds have been received from the travel supplier. Government taxes, port charges and surcharges may also change until final payment has been made and travel documents have been issued.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancelling or changing a booking may result in additional fees charged by the travel supplier. In some cases, these cancellation fees may be up to 100 percent of the total booking cost, regardless of whether travel has already commenced.
Supplier fees may also apply when changes are made to a booking or when tickets or travel documents need to be reissued.
If a cancellation or change to a booking results in a supplier cancellation fee being charged to us, you agree to reimburse us for the full amount of that fee.
If a booking is cancelled and payment has already been made to the supplier, any applicable refund will only be processed once the funds have been returned to us by the supplier.
Government taxes, port charges, surcharges and other applicable fees may change without notice until final payment has been made and travel documents have been issued.
