IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU PROCEED
You will require your cruise line booking number to check into your cruise. This can be found on email correspondence as Booking reference number or on your booking confirmation in the PDF detailing your itinerary under the Supplier Booking Number. If you cannot find it, please call us and we can provide it to you.
UNIWORLD RIVER CRUISE ONLINE CHECK-IN:
You need to complete your online check-in with the cruise line. For your booking with uniworld please follow the directions below. Closer to your embarkation date, we will send you through your travel documents. To complete this, go to Uniworld River Cruise Online Check-in and fill in your online registration. This is a requirement of the cruise line and must be completed.
*** You could be eligible for a transfer between the airport and the ship/hotel on the day the cruise or cruise/tour begins and between the ship/hotel and the airport on the day the cruise or cruise/tours ends. When air booked falls on the start and end date of your cruise/tour, please send a copy of your itinerary to ap-documentationdepartment@ourvacationcentre.com to see if you meet the suppliers T&C's for complimentary transfers or please let us know if you will make your own arrangement. Please note, though your flights might be on the same day or start/end of cruise/tour, you might not meet the suppliers T&C’s for a complimentary transfer.***
