This guide outlines the essential steps required before sailing with Cunard, including completing online check in to access your cruise tickets, reviewing voyage details, adding shore excursions and onboard packages, providing passport and insurance information, and preparing key documentation to ensure a smooth embarkation.
Important Information Before You Proceed
You will need your Cunard cruise booking number to complete online check in.
You can find this:
In your email correspondence listed as the Booking Reference Number, or
On your booking confirmation PDF under Supplier Booking Number.
If you cannot locate this, contact your travel consultant to retrieve it before proceeding.
Please note: You will not be able to complete online check in until approximately 21 days prior to embarkation.

CUNARD ONLINE CHECK-IN:
In order to retrieve your cruise ticket/s, you will need to complete your online check-in with the cruise line.
For your booking on Cunard please follow the below directions and print your e-ticket/s to take to the pier for check-in. If you have not done so already, you will need to go online to Cunard Online Check-In and fill in your online registration. This is a requirement of the cruise line and must be completed. You can save your progress at any time during the online registration and go back to it if need be. If you have not filled this out, here are the directions on how to do so:
ONLINE CHECKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Go to Cunard Online Check-In.

Add in your cruise booking number, first name, last name, date of birth. You will be required to read and accept terms and condition. Click login.

Please note: You will not be able to complete your online check-in until approx. 21 days prior to embarkation.
Once you are in the online portal, you can use the online check-in portal for a range of different things that relate to your cruise, including:
- Full voyage itinerary, which will incorporate any pre-purchased products and services.
- Visa requirements.
- Embarkation and disembarkation arrangements.
- Shuttle bus information.
- Onboard gift packages information.
You can also:
- Amend bed configuration,
- Amend evening dining preferences (if you are unable to, please contact your travel agent).
- Provide the cruise line the necessary passport, next of kin and travel insurance information
- Print and complete the Cunard registration form, required by those travelling with children who would like to use the children’s facilities.
Please note, that the pre-purchase window closes 3 days prior to sailing. After this time, all further bookings, modifications, and cancellation must be handled onboard.
